Post subject: Painting a water pump
PostPosted: Wed Mar 20, 2002 6:44 pm
I just got a new water pump for my 73 duster and I had a question about painting it. Is there anything I should watch out for when I paint it? I've never done it before and I'm just curious about it. Thanks for any help

Plasticoat makes an engine paint that duplicates a cast finish. I painted my pump with it and it looked so good I also painted mt alternator and master cylinder with it. It really looks great against my bright red slant.
