You might want to start by visiting www.autocolorlibrary.com to figure out which blue is used on the interior of your Valiant. The interior colours are listed on the pages after the front chip-chart page. Once you have the paint code, you can take it to any local auto body supply shop and they can mix up the paint for you. However, paint tends to fade and the colour tends to drift over time, so paint made to the original code may not match the present appearance of the dash. If you don't intend to paint the whole thing, you'd likely be better off thoroughly cleaning a portion of the dash that has good paint, taking the car to an auto body supply shop and having them use their flash scanner to determine the mix best matching the paint.
