4 stores, zero gaskets! Can't order the gasket that goes between the air cleaner and the carb.

Even NAPA!

If all you need is the gasket for between the carb and air cleaner, I would use a heavy, thick gauge paper. I use "blotters" at work on grind wheels and happened across some w/ the right Inner Dia. I just trimmed the Outside Dia. to fit, for the side screw clamp style air filter on the old stromberg 2 bbls. This style needs them. They are just thick paper, kinda like the thin paper boxes for a deck of cards, not so much like weak construction paper though.

I don't know what you running, but I don't use one at all on my 77 1bbl holley with a stock air cleaner unit.

I aquired several generic rubber o-rings from my local Ace Hardware, can't recall there exact purpose in life (garbage disposal?) works just fine.

I'm positive their intended for a garbage disposal  , odd, my brain must have been in synch that day otherwise I would have walked right by them without a second thought

I've used a gasket from a used oil filter before. A little loose and dosn't last that long, but works in a pinch.

My ad hoc o-ring must be around 6 years old, shows no signs of failing, I suspect it is silicone based.
