found someone selling ssbc disc brake setup http://ssbrakes.com/commerce/detail/index.cfm?nPID=9130 like that, hes asking 400 obo, seems like a good price, but id never heard of the company, anyone know anything good or bad about them? thanks!

I've heard good things about ssbc brakes-can't exactly remember who/what/where/though..I looked at them for my old Datsun ...I do remember them being $$$

They are a good company that stands behind there product. I have several friend s that are running ssbc stuff and they swear by it. I would most likey have a set on my cuda if I didnt have K-H on there.

now to come up with the money! he says they have both bolt patterns and you take out the studs from the ones you dont want (sbp right now in my case)
man, if i could have disc brakes on the front this year that would be great...

i just noticed it said that you have to have 10" oe drums for this kit, are mine 10? i thought they were 9? thanks

I looked at my lit on them Yup 10 is what you have to have and 9 is what you have now. FABO, Moparts and Mopar Style all have 10 inch spindles go by pretty cheap say 100 bucks or less.

hell go 300 on them, and someone on here offered me a set of 10" spindles at what seems like a nice price to me. only problem is have to run 14" wheels (assuming not the poverty ones) and i dont have those yet! haha....time to bug the guy who had wheels before...thanks to all for your input

also any idea what pads these run? are they readily available at napa etc or would i have to go through ssbc? anyone know? ill call them sometime when theyre open and im not at work...

I believe those take the standard D11 pad like the Kelsey Hayes brakes, but you really should call SSB and ask.

ok, i was thinking they would be better then the stock ones, its like 11.25 rotor i think it said, is that the same as the kelsey hayes? thanks for the input ill call when i can
