thats what my mount looks like right now. does the piece that is flanged over on the top side there come out. the now mount has a similar flange but wouldnt stick out on the back like that one does.

need a super quick answer if anyone is around. thanks in advance 73 Dart /6, i took the drive side mount off just now to replace it with a new cheap anchor mount(i know lame) and the rubber and center tube fell out easy. does the big metal tube have to be hammered out also? the anchor mount has something similar on it already but seems like it my fit into the existing with enough BFH. thanks again, hopefully my i dont have to leave my engine on my floor jack all night. |

Leave the steel bushing in the bracket. The new poly mount needs it to work properly.

i was replacing it with a steel/rubber cheapo anchor brand mount. bfh and a screwdriver got the metal out and shes bolted back down. one to go |
