I think I may have found a way to constrict the ports at lower engine requirements, and have the boundary layer collapse allowing more flow at higher engine demands. I have done some preliminary testing and have the results posted here:

I'm open for comments and questions. I'd like to see others play with this and perhaps help further develop it into a magnificent tuning tool.

Awesome, Mike, it's great to see test data. The only question I have at the moment is...where's the "control" data from a head (or just a port) without the power lines?
