I'm thinking of converting my slant six Dart to run on natural gas. Any of you guys driven a vehicle that runs on propane or natural gas? Aside from a small power loss my only concern would be how safe is it to run the stuff. |

It has been a while since I have posted- I was also thinking of doing the same thing. Basically, I have decided that LPG is the way to go for me. It is stored at a much lower pressure than CNG and has a much greater range too. I have not decided if I really am going to get around to doing this but I am certainly interested in the idea. If anyone has found any useful websites I would appreciate a link somewhere. I found a guy in Italy or something who converted his Imperial over to LPG. I will post the link when I find it again although it isn't a slant. I also have some links to other people who converted to LPG that I will post whenever I get to my desktop computer. I think LPG has some interesting possibilites and it just seems neat. I'll keep you all updated with what I have going on. Quote:
