I need to find an oil pan for a truck,that will fit a '73 vintage engine. Are they all the same,or were there changes throughout the years?

All slant six oil pans, fit all slant six engines. The Chassis the engine will be in, determines the oil pan to use. You must also have the oil pick up that matches the pan.
