Has anyone here ever run the stromberg ww 2 barrel on the slant six with any luck or do I need to keep looking for a carter 2 barrell

Yes, a Stromburg WW from a 273 or 318 can successfully be made to work on a slant-6 2bbl intake. The biggest "gotchya" is the choke hookup. |

I ran a borrowed one for a month. I even drove it on a road trip to Oklahoma and back. No big improvement in MPG or my "seat-o-pants" dyno. If the throttle shaft is tight I would run it. |
