At least...

Floor Shifter
Shift rods
Linkage
Boot and Floor Bezel
Floor Hump

Gotta make sure the tranny has the bosses on the tailshaft for the floor shifter, if not...you'll be needing a tailshaft swap, another tranny, or a custom install...

I've done this on my '67 already swapping in a '74 floor shift 3 speed set up into a column shift Auto tranny A-body....

If you are going thru all the work of converting a "3-on-the tree" manual, non-syncrow 3-speed, why not go to a 833 4-speed?

Floor shift hump is aftermarket or any 1967-1976 A-body (Dart/Valiant/Demon/Duster/Dart Sport-1967-1969 Barracuda)...

You can swap in an automatic easily if:

You use a tranny from a 1968+ car to match your engine crank hub.
You will need the streering column, shift linkage, tranny cooler lines,
and possibly the Radiator (Most radiators have the the auto tranny cooler bungs and the cooler...I have had a couple of "cores" from manual cars that had an air leak in that part of the tranny, but didn't leak antifreeze).
Make sure to get the flexplate off the crank as well, and mark the flaex plate and one bolt hole with some white paint, so you know how it goes back together.
