To all of you fine slant six people the transmission gave up this weekend on the Slanted Attitude Dart. After 78000 miles of road service and 4200 miles of drag racing. But tomorrow a rebuilt 904 with all the goodies go in it. We will race this weekend and go to St Louis. Hey Bagel Bomber what you got cooking. Later Possum Parker

Went out and stunk up RT66 today. Just like at Clay City, the air got worse and the car picked up. I broke out in the first round by .019 and watched as my 3 round lead evaporated into thin air. Ended up getting beat out of the championship by 2 rounds. Oh well, at least I'm all teched in for the Bracket Finals. Next weekend will be a $4100 No-Box race at US41, and then I'm off for St. Louis the following weekend. I'll be alone there too. My wife wanted to come with, but she has her daughter that weekend. See ya there Possum! Bagel
