I have found a 1980s 2bbl intake off an truck that i am hoping will work for my barracuda? Please let me know so i dont pick it up for nothing. ALso, what kind of carb should i use with it? |

Yep, the intake will fit. Though if you have an automatic, the kickdown probably wont fit. I myself prefer the Carter BBD 2bbl, though there are many many choices. TopHat |

Do you have throttle linkage or cable? To run a 2bbl you need a throttle cable. It is adaptable from a newer car. I have a super six in the 66 Dart in my sig pic |

Make sure to grab the linkage all the way to the transmission and the lever on it. You will need it if you have and Auto if not sell it. Frank |
