Is it the gasket that goes between the master cylinder and the booster (or bulkhead in the case of manual brakes)?

I have a part made of white plastic that has the same mounting flange size and bolt pattern of a 4 bolt master cylinder..73 duster but dont know when this part is used...any help please..txjj |
