Does anyone know the width of a 79 volare rear end. I was at my favorite yard and of course didnt have a tape measure. Is it too wide for a 66 narrow A body? The car was a v-8 car and had a 8 1/4 rear. Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure they are 58.5" axle flange to flange. The A-body is only about 56", so you might have a little clearance issue unless you can get some really deep backspace wheels (which is possible).
