Ok I dont want to stuff this motor so heres some questions!!

Its a 225, reground crank .10 and balanced,
Long rod with wiesco pistons bored .045,
Stud kit on mains and head,
Engle KV1 cam,
Double rollar timing chain,
Fully ported and polished head with engnblr valves, double springs and teflon seals,
Chrome moly push rods.
Bronze oil pump gear,
HP intake, 4 barrel carter, clifford headers.

Here are the guestions....
What should I torque the head and mains to?
What piston ring gaps do I need?
Should I set the timing gears 2deg advanced like the alluminum build?
I want to use roller rockers, were do i buy them from??

Bronze oil pump gear? Where did that come from? Do you expect it to last more than 10k miles? I wouldn't.

ARP should provide the torque specs. Weisco should provide ring end gaps. Barring that open your factory service manual.

You need to degree the cam. If you would like guidance on where to put the intake centerline please give the cam specifications.

Roller rockers are a sore subject around here. The last few sets that were made came with lousy rocker shafts that distorted when torqued down. Search for the roller rocker group buy.

the oil pump gear i got from dutra, its a brass looking thing hopefully that is a hardened gear. Yeah i thort i would need to degree the cam, i might leave that for someone more expierced.

You have an oil pump gear for a steel roller cam. Doc might be able to tell you how long it might last with an iron camshaft. It might last 30k miles, but I don't know.

Your cam has 108.5° lobe centerline, it's ground 3° advanced so that the intake centerline is at 105.5° ATDC. The duration at those valve events is 239°, but you didn't give the checking clearance. If it's .050" of tappet lift I would advance the cam 4° more for an intake centerline of 101.5". You may very well have to advance the cam more or less to get that intake centerline. I'd also measure your piston to deck clearance and combustion chamber volume to make sure you're at around a 10:1 static compression ratio.

Just checked the cam card, I missed,

Valvae Lash: Intake 0.18"
Exhaust 0.20"

And it does say .050" check at lifter.
And duration @ .050"
