I just got off the phone with Ray @ Old Car Parts Northwest. He is just back from a 2-month business trip to Africa, during which he had no access to his Stateside e-mail, which of course piled up high to the sky. He begs pardon of anyone frustrated in trying to reach him or buy parts from him, and advises he's now changed to Gmail ( ocpnwi@gmail.com ) so he can carry on answering mail wherever he is.

Paid and waited 2 months for part which was never sent. Got money back. Lots of excuses with no follow through. Bad customer service.
