Does anybody out there know where to purchase a kit to build a ball and trunnion driveshaft. My car is a 1965 valiant 225/904 and I'm installing a 8 3/4 in it. Since I need a custom driveshaft I would feel much better with new parts instead of reusing the 35 year old originals.

I suggest converting to a normal u-joint. The pod on the B&T joint will be worn internally, and that does not come with the rebuild kit. Also the rubber boot, will be so old, it most likely will not last long, (mine lasted 3 months).
