Spring has sprung! From my clutch linkage, that is. Trouble is, I don't know where it came from. I was changing the oil and saw it just barely hanging onto my clutch fork. The spring is a little smaller than a valve spring and has hooks on both ends. I have no clue where this came from. Any ideas? |

That spring goes between a hole on the leading edge of your bell housing and the clutch fork. Most likely where it is hanging from now. Stretch it forward and you will find a matching hole in the bell housing. It keeps the throwout bearing from riding on the pressure plate release arms. Sam |

Thanks! I see what you're saying now. No telling how long it has been off. |
