I had to fabricate a fixture in order to "drill" the holes in the manifold runners. It's available to borrow, but it's kinda heavy, so shipping will be a bit pricey. Where are you located? It's just that I'm kind of a cheapskate, and when local shops started talking $120-$130 for poking six holes in my manifold, I thought it was a bit much. I ended up welding a piece of angle iron to some flat stock, "legs down", so that I could mount an intake to one of the "legs", (now at 45* to the flat stock. That way I could clamp it onto a drill press table and "drill" the holes with a .75" carbide burr. Roger GTS225@aol.com |
