A big thumbs up. I placed a phone order for their wiper pivot seals on a Thursday at 4:50pm their time. I had the parts on the following Tuesday. About a week later, before I got my credit card statement, I got a call from them. They stated they misbilled my credit card $71.25, instead of $17.25, and were refunding the complete charge to my acct, and there would be no charge for the parts, due to their billing mistake.

PS: parts were good quality and easy to install, once the pivots were removed from the vehicle.
Highly recommend this company.
