Post subject:  ARP bolts for 198 rods

hello and thanks in advance. which is the correct ARP bolts for stock 198 rods? 142-6001 or 142-6002?

Both will work.
The 6002 are a little easier to install.

That if it's cheaper or more available the ARP bolts for the 340/360 Rods also work... (In my town you can get the V-8 pack sooner and for about the same money as the /6 set...buy a couple and get a spare set "free").

all local parts stores reply to "do you carry ARP bolts and studs?"

"what's that? never heard of it."

will order from northern auto through ebay, 10% ebay coupon + 10% northern coupon good till tomorrow. enter "EASTER" for discount.

will use the 6002, will be a N/A engine, smaller head (insert joke here) should be fine.
