| Post subject: | 1975 Dodge Dart AC Discharge hose |
Hello, I am looking for an AC discharge (high side) hose and ends for my 1975 Dodge Dart with a 225CID slant six. This hose will extend from the compressor, RV-2, to the condenser. I need to know if anyone knows of a manufacturer of this hose. None of the local auto parts stores (central PA) can provide a source for the hose. Let me know. Thanks, Chris |

If you can find a shop in your area that works on hydraulic equipment, then you can probably have one made. I had to have hoses made for a wood splitter a while ago and brought them into a shop that made them up for me. I believe some machine shops can do it too. |

Good AC shops can make you a new hose. |

Quote: Hello,
Did some googling, and didnt find a complete hose assy. so I tried a different approach. If you are in a large enough area, try the places that can 'make' hydraulic hoses, taking old hose in as an example. If that fails, try here: Custom Hoses I am looking for an AC discharge (high side) hose and ends for my 1975 Dodge Dart with a 225CID slant six. I can check my local supplier if you want. They work on lots of old cars and belong to the local car club. If it is available anywhere, they can usually get it. Please let me know. |

Chris, do you have the old hose? I can build new A/C hoses, if I have one to copy. Does it need to apear original, or does it just have to fit and be functional? |

Thanks for all the responses, I was able to find a discharge line on a '75 Swinger at a salvage yard just 3 miles from my home. Who would have thought that the correct car, year, and part would be found in a PA salvage yard. I had a new barrier hose installed on the factory ends and the hose holds pressure. Thanks for all the ideas. Chris |
