Hello.
I have installed a new Holley2280 carb on 225 Slant Six.
Do I have to replace jets (liquid spray diffuser) and if so, what kind of them should I use and where can I get them?

You should not need to change jets. The original jets should be fine.

I put a 2280 that was from a 318 powered 84-85 D-150 on the 225 slant in my 83 D-150, did a complete rebuild on the 2280, I tweaked the main air bleeds to get max manifold vacuum at idle. And that was not much off the 2 turns out from where I started
That particular 2280 is an R40165-1 and the main jets were stamped 283

runs great

Сold engine starts perfectly when it is cold, even whithout closing the choke and that disturbing me. Cold engine with opened choke works very well and there are no any failures. Hot engine starts much worse. Turning mixture screws gives nothing. I think that carburator gives too much fuel.

Yes, but this is not because of wrong jets. There is a problem with your carburetor. Carburetor operation and repair manuals and links to training movies and carb repair/modification threads are posted here for free download.
