Hi all,

S.A. Gear (Advance Auto), Napa, and Autozone all have a timing set with 3022 in the part number.

Does anyone know if these are all Cloyes timing sets, rebranded for each retailer?

Thanks. - Mac

All of the below will probably be from the same forge/parts machiner as a single chain.

SA Gear has all the Double Roller parts that Cloyes used to carry over the counter (and the gears are stamped with the cloyes numbers), but you have to order all the parts separately if you go that route.

Too bad you weren't able to get in on a group buy...

The chain and the crank sprockets are the same for a 440.Only the cam sprocket is different.Autozone does list the premium engine double roller components separetly.Elgin industries list machined parts (cam, lifters, oil pump) for the slant 6 and list the timing componets separetly.I deal with a shop in Il.,and its about $65 for the 3 pieces. Your still going to have to drill the cam sprocket and use the degree ecentrics -And theese guys are the only ones in the midwest rebuilding the Chicago power units. All 225's

I have a brand new premium Rollmaster double-roller set, bought a couple months ago, with multi-keyway crank sprocket that I'm not using in the foreseeable future. Would like to turn it around and get it off my shelf in Seattle; send me a PM if interested.
