hey Ya'll just letting you know, I got to film an episode of Louie and it airs tonight on F/X at 10:30 eastern. Louis CK is a comedian. He and i went on a USO tour together a cpl years back and he wanted to recreate the trip. I guess it turned out good. They made it into an hour special. Doesn't have anything to do w slant six's but I'm the one w the guitar! Godspeed Keni |

Hey Keni. Sorry I missed it. For some reason you and Louie don't seem like a good match to me. Could be wrong. I started to watch "Louie" at my father-in-law's place last week, but it wasn't my kind of show. Definitely wouldn't let any of my kids watch it!  Anyway, good to see you posting. Sorry we never did get together at the Vette Museum in Bowling Green. You should try to make it to the race in Bristol next weekend and/or the race in Clay City on 1-2 OCT.

Hey Rob. You're right. Louie is pretty rude as a comedian. But he has a big heart. I think I'm a good contrast for him. He has a very real respect for the troops I know that. I still have the block whenever you need it. Wish i could come to bristol but i got go do what i do! |

Very cool! I still have the block whenever you need it. Wish i could come to bristol but i got go do what i do!  I'm sorry I missed the show. We don't have cable at my house. USO Tours have always been a very cool thing! I think I'm good on the block. It just would have been nice to meet up. Ya know,... You could "do what you do" for a group of Slant 6 folks hangin' out under a shade tree at Clay City...  I ain't sayin', I'm just sayin'...  Seriously though, it would be great to have you at a race sometime. You can bring your guitar and strum a few if you get the hankerin'. Another option would be to come to the Annual Slant 6 Awards Banquet in Pigeon Forge around February!
