Post subject:  New from the Pacific Northwest
New guy here, referred by a member here (Thor) after I posted about my latest aquisition on another forum. Im a body man from the sticks of Washington I love old stuff, I also have a 1972 Datsun Pickup, 1972 is a good year for me and cars haha. My car is a
1972 Plymouth Valiant
Slant 6
Auto trans
145k miles
All original!

Im absolutly loving this car, its such a great running/driving car. I entered it in the Mopar Magic car show in Bremerton in augustand placed 1st in A Body Stock. Just 2 weeks ago I took it to Leavenworth and back and averaged 22 mpg, doing 60 mph the whole way over the pass!!

Say, that's a clean car! My grandfather's '72 Dart was the same exterior color (with no vinyl top and a froggy green interior). I'll wave as I drive from Seattle to Vancouver in a couple days in my '91 Dodge Spirit with under 20k miles on it.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, the more I drive this thing the more I want to pick up another one for a beater daily driver. I get so dirty at work I just cant bring myself to drive it every day haha.
