So, I saw some on EvilBay that were full circles around the steering wheel. The one in my 65 4 door Valiant 200 is a semi circle...lines up with the spokes on the steering wheel. Which one is correct for my car? |

The full-circle variety was available in '66. It'll swap onto your '65 if you want a full horn ring. |

Haha...I don't really care one way or the other. I was looking for a new steering wheel, saw a Barracuda one with the horn button, and then saw the full horn ring and was trying to figure out if I have one I'm not "supposed" to have or what. Like I said, I'm not "restoring" it per-se, so I just want whatever fits and operates properly...which is why I'd like a steering wheel that's not cracked in a few places. |

Good luck...pretty much all the '62-'66 A-body wheels are cracked. |

Yeah, I just don't want mine to break while I'm driving and then give me an exciting story to tell. Thanks Dan! |

The cracked plastic is of no safety consequence. The wheel itself is a solid steel item; the plastic is cast around it. |
