Just thought I'd throw this out there, but is there anyone in GA that knows their way around a Dodge Dart ..225 3.7L slant six engine to be exact? I live in north GA and I drive (daily) a 1968 Dodge Dart 270, and I'd like to take it to someone competent in these cars and get my Dart tuned in and set-up right.

The car is running good and is not far from where it needs to be, but there are a few things that I haven't the time, tools, or experience to do correctly. I've done what I can over the 2 yrs I've owned the car ( with help from many on this forum) but I'm due for a good tune-up and would love to take it to a real Dodge SL6 authority ..if they're near by.

I had been in contact w/ someone from these forums who seemed to have a place where I could go, but I never heard back from him after a few promising messages ..dead end I guess. Anyway if you are someone, or know of someone who may be in my area and will see my car, please let me know.

THANKS.

I'm in South Georgia, and Ron Parker is in North Georgia. I know I'm forgetting somebody.

Well this is a good start and thanks for the response.

Rhine GA is about 3 hrs 45 min from my area in White GA. What about this Mr. Ron Parker; how can I reach him?

Norm Foster is also in N. GA - Dalton? He goes by "Challenger" on here and is only on here occasionally.

I bet Ron or Norm could help you with your car, and would appreciate some help on their car projects in return!

Lou

I sent a PM to Ron and he replied w/ a question for me, but haven't heard back since my answer. I'll wait a few days and then later ( if it looks like things won't work out w/ Ron) perhaps I'll contact Norm Foster.

Surely one of these two will take a gander at my car. I'm sure they both know their stuff and I would be so excited and appreciative if we can work out something. Anyway thanks for pointing them out to me.

If you can't find help Scott, then just ask away. We'll provide you with everything you need to know. If it seems too advanced then we'll tell you every detail involved as well.

I didn't know how to work on cars at all when I first got to this board. Now I can set up a slant six pretty well. Just can't be afraid to ask what you might think are stupid questions. I sure have asked my fair share of them.
