I have a 73 motor and trans and I bought a 904 BM six bolt zero balance flex plate thinking it would bolt up to my crank flange NO LUCK
My question is what are my options for flex plates? This is for my turbo build and I hoping to make around 450 to 500 hp at the crank with a 3200 stall and a rev manual vavle body 904 also I'm running 2.94 suregrip 8.75 rear
I'll have to get some measurements of the torque converter distance between the bolt mounts for the flex plate in the morning
Thanks Aaron

I think I got the answer to my question on FABO there's only one bolt hole different on the small block crank flange and I can drill a new hole on the flex plate and weld the gap up sound right?
Thanks again KID

Yes, me ,Slantzilla, and others have done the same thing, you'll have one hole shaped like a figure "8" . I bolted the two flex plates together with unthreaded shank bolts and washer stacks. Then drilled the needed hole undersize, then inlarged as needed with a round file.

Lots of folks do the same thing, welding up the hole. Not critical. Shouldn't make any difference at the engine speeds a slant keeps the rods enclosed at.

The flexplate in your pic looks like the wrong one. It looks like the larger 727 one that will not clear the bellhousing and starter on a 904.
