No way, I am going to put weights on them, so they sink further south. |

I doubt I would have the Duster back running decent by then. The 3rd is my birthday. Is this a Mopar event? Which track is it? The one right next to I-40? What exit? |

Take the I-75/Lexington exit off of I-40 toward Maynardsville. Its about 15 miles from I -40, and about 1 mile from Gary's house. |

Looks like according to The track rules you must have helmet, Hood on car and also no deep staging. Greg |

Actually, it is the same as nhra/ihra rules. You must have EITHER a hood, or a cover over the carb, such as an air cleaner. Also long pants and a shirt with sleeves (short sleeves OK). and shoes. If running nitrous, a fire jacket is required.

Which track is the one we see next to 40 in Knoxville? Just for curiosity since I've been past it plenty recently. |

I-40 Raceway? Buffalo Valley is off the beaten path and closer to Nashville.

I guess I will have to talk Steven into bringing my 66 Valiant up. Looking at the new Slant Six records list, He might be able to reset my C/N record (8.319 at 80.026), and my Cuda should be able to set the D/N record (open). Mark Hull dropped his 64 Valiant off for an engine change. Talked to him about going up, and he is interested. I will try and get some Florida people up there. |
