i have a 1965 plymouth barracuda. I want to get a better rearend as it only has the wimpy 7 1/4 in it right now. i have been looking for an 8 3/4 from an a body but all the ones i have found are over 400$. i was wondering if you knew of any alternatives. My friend has a 8 inch F*** rearend that he will sell to me for 100$ but will it fit it is out of a 69 mustang, and if not then what???

Give my racing buddy an 8 inch rearend out of a 65 farline furd it works fine . I could not bare the thought of afurd rear end under a /6 race car. but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Thanks Ron Parker :)
