Can anyone tell me the proper length belt for the alt. The one I have is a tad too long and the adjustment is maxed out.

you can remove your current belt and take it to the auto parts store. Tell the counter-person that you need the "next size down".
Check the new one to the old one.

Lol. I know I can do that! I work at a part store! I was trying to see if there was any specific length that would save me the trouble of doing that.
