Can anyone recommend a good timing set? Its for my '72 Valiant with 225. Mostly street use. My car has about 65,000 miles and I think with the original timing set. It probably could use a fresh set. Thanks in advance! |

Cloyes and Dyna gear still make the "Stocker" silent chain with the cam gear as metal. If you want to step up to the plate you can search on the board for the 3 "Cloyes" part numbers that you can buy separately and put together a double roller chain set and are still available from SA Gear...I don't think you are doing racing so the Gearmaster set would be over kill. -D.Idiot |
