Car Model:
Sometimes we tall guys(6' 3" and above) have a leg room problem with most cars. Such is the case with me. I'm getting ready to remove the front bench seat to be reapholstered and would like to know is there any way of getting a inch or so more rearward. Is there another seat track I can use from another family of Dodge/Plymouth that would bolt up and have a little more adjustment? I don't want to start drilling extra holes and that sort of thing. Any help would be appreciated.

I used a length of angle iron on each side.

You bolt the seat to the angle iron, then bolt the angle iron to the floor using existing holes.
