Has anyone ran one of these? I currently have a 390, should I stay with it? |

If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Unless your looking for a specific function from the new carb,, other wise let it be. |

I've considered a Predator, but wouldn't try one without the adjustable idle circuit. V8's won't idle low with a standard Predator (by their own admission) so I have little hope of a 225 doing so either. |

I've got a 390. I never could get the power valve circuit to work right. I had a friend who also installed that carb, but he bought Weber adjusting plates (not sure what they were called) for it, and that solved the problem. That was in the mid-eighties. Not sure if that stuff is still available. |

I just got one off of a member on forabodiesonly.com I can see if any of the others are still available for you. I was offered them anywhere from $100-$300. |

Mine is for sale too. I also have the Offy manifold. It hasn't been used since the mid-eighties. Make an offer.
