Hi Is it true that always if there is adjustable rockers, they are not hydraulic. My car is Aspen, 225 Super six, year model 1979 and I think it's export model. I think that I should adjust valves, But everybody has told me that there is hydraulic lifters and no need to adjust them. |

If there are adjuster screws on the rocker arms, the lifters are mechanical and the adjustment should be checked. In the US, Hydraulic lifters did not start until 1980. DD |

Thanks. Thats just what I was thinking. Tomorrow I buy new valve cover gasket and adjust them. |
