I ordered a set of exhaust flanges off Ebay for the new build. The package arrived very quickly. I opened it up, and it was the wrong flange!  I contacted Aaron, he apologized for the error, and asked me to send the incorrect flange back. I received the correct flanges, and a reimbursement for shipping costs. He made it right, and absorbed the shipping. I would purchase from this vendor again without hesitation.  CJ |

Yea well he screwed me,flanges were off and I sent them back with a felpro gasket so he could see the problem and asked for a refund.Never answered any of my 7 emails politely asking for a refund.He got his flanges back and kept my $90 plus I paid to ship them back.1 month,10 emails later and I have nothing.In my book thats a thief. |

Mark, any chance he is not getting the e-mails from you? Someone who has had good dealing with him recently needs to give him a heads up so he can make this right ASAP. Hope it all works out. Rick |

10 emails to him,also contacted pay pal and ebay.Also sent flanges back to his return address.After a month I left neg feed back and his response in his feedback was that I was a bully.I just want my money back.When I first got them I emailed him and told him about the problem and he did write back that no one else ever complained.That was the only email I ever got back from him.I do alot of ebay and if a customer isnt happy for ANY reason I give a 100% refund no matter the issue.A happy customer is a good customer.I returned the flanges,he should return my money,plain and simple.Mark |
