alright folks heres where i am at so far: i have replaced timing chain and gear set, cut catalytic converter off, got the vac hoses in functional order. when took the cat off it stopped trying to stall when i accelerate but i am still lacking serious power.

i need to time it ,check over carb ,and adjust valve lashing still. is it possible
that all my power loss is within these three issues? or is there something else i am missing before i resign to a bad ring?

sorry about starting a new thread on the same subject my browser is not working
