All -

the trucks previous owner replaced the down-pipe from the manifold with a '81 version without the mini cat, cut the pip for the smog pump and crimped it shut.

I had to replace the down-pipe with a new Walker 44958 but need advice how to plug the smog pump attachment hole. What size threads are they or do you have any ideas how to plug it?

It didnt come up in d100 exhaust but a search for "d150 exhaust" turned up the old post.

That was there for a O2 sensor, I would try a spark plug.
