Tom I look forward to spending time with you in columbus. The link Doc posted gives most of the closest motels to the track. Please let me know yourETA and maybe we can get the gang together for dinner. :lol:

We are planning on leaving here late Thursday afternoon and arriving very late Thursday night. Probably stay at one on Brice road but just wanted to see if there was one in particular that the slant 6 racers were staying at.

Friday night dinner might be a good idea.

The Cox Boys just sent me a flyer on the event, the word is that most of the real fast cars are planning on going.

Seems like the Slant racers East or the Rockies are itching to get racing after seeing the West coasters having fun back in March! :lol:

The "buzz" is that a few of the hot shots are taking aim at that $250.00 bounty and "big a$$ trophy" posted by Chrysler Classic for the first 9 second SL6 pass. This one should be a "barn burner".
