Jacobs Mileage Master Energy Pack with an Ultra Coil

Dad says he's had it for years, bought it to put on his (now mine) '91 Silverado

It seems to be an HEI or multispark type ignition?

I most likely will install it, as it is free to me, but does anyone have any encounters/experiences/anything on these?

Good luck. Everyone I have seen use Jacob's stuff took it back off.

That's what I've read, this one is from the 90's, so I'm hoping they were actually good back then...
