I've got some smoke coming out of the breather cap. I took off my metal PCV valve and cleaned it out; it appears to be working properly. It is connected to a port on the back of the carb (Holley 2300) that sees vacuum at idle. I measured it to be about 8 inHg at idle. Is this enough? The manifold itself sees about 15 inHg at idle. |

If you don't see full manifold vacuum where the PCV hose is connected, it's connected to the wrong place or you've got a vacuum leak. |
