Can anyone tell me the specs on torqueing the crank bolt in front of the slant 6?

I don't know what the torque spec is, but the bolt is just used to install the damper. I have only seen 1 or 2 slants with the bolt left installed.

The slant six takes the same size bolt as the big and small block Mopars. Their torque spec is 135 lbs.
