Hi
I am new to the site but a long time old school mopar guy. I am currently building my first slant six and have been looking for a honing plate to properly machine the block. To have one made is prohibitively expensive. I would like to ask if anyone out there knows where I can get my hands on one. I am willing to pay for renting one or offer some form of insurance.

I'm sure Doc has one, but by the time you paid shipping to and from the west coast and some sort of deposit you would be over half way to buying one for yourself. Check some of the machine shops on the east coast near you to see if any of them have one.
