I need some help here. I have a head milled .080, motor bored out .060 useing a stock head gasket can anyone tell me the compression ratio. Compcams has a cam I am thinking of useing but the catalog says it is designed for ratios of 9.1 or less. Also has anyone ever used a marine cam? A buddy of mine made that suggestion, he used to race circle track and said that the cam he used.

If you "cc" the head and measure how far down in the hole the pistion is, we can figure the static CR.
Without those measurments anything stated would be a "WAG".
(my wild-a$$ guess is 8.8, do we hear 9...???)

My "WAG" would be around 9.4-9.5
