Ordered a 63-66 "A" Body heater box kit, from Detroit Muscle Technologies (DMT) Ordered on Wed 1-7-14 Received Sat 1-10-14. OOpps wrong part in the box, Invoice was correct. Called them on the phone (on Sat), and explained the problem. Loretta, said she goofed and totally appoligised (sp). Had the correct part here on Monday 1-12-14. And a return shipping label. Great service. Any one can make a mistake, it is how the problem is handled that counts. Thumbs up to DMT. |
