Hi Everyone,
I recently installed the dual Weber setup and it works great...however, I am having trouble controlling the 'stronger' vacuum that this manifold creates. Chris (Proline Fuel) has been great in helping me identify why the idle speed will gradually increase after initial setting of the carbs. I feel the contributing factor is the vacuum. It is advancing the distributor too much at idle.
Questions:
1. What is the proceedure to adjust the distributor (electronic ignition)(allen wrench in vacuum cannister nipple) ? Clockwise equals ? / Counter-Clockwise equals ?
2. Can I just unhook the vacuum at the distributor and drive it like that without any problems ??
3. Insert a gate / ball valve in the line to control flow ?
Thanks for your ideas / suggestions...
Matt
