Sounds like a question for a factory service many. My fuzzy recollection is that it is somewhere around 15-18 pints if you are filing the torque converter as well as the trans pan. Get 8 quarts of ATF (use the right kind) and fill it until it shows full while hot and idling. You may need slightly more or less than 8 quarts.
