 Post subject: valve bodies

Is it ok to use the later pre 75 part throttle kickdown valve body in place of the valve body in the 69 tansmission I have?

I believe so, but didn't all slant six 904's have part throttle kick down from '67 on?

67 was a "half year" were some trannies had the P.T. kickdown valve and some did not. By 68 all SL6 904s had this extra valve.
