Hi guys...
I resently bought a ´74 dart with stock 225 /6.. It has Narscar look (norwegian series) but doesn´t quite deliver... Any sugestions on a low budget upgrade?

Not sure how many parts you can get over there - probably none out of junkyards, I suspect.

What do you consider a "budget" upgrade? How much do you want to spend total, and what performance characteristics would you like from the car?

well... actually I just want to keep it simple, don't want to strip down the hole motor... i'm thinking maybe change my 1bbl carb to something little bigger and do something with the exhaust. I don´t know if new parts are ekspensive but I want to do as mutch as I can with a small budget... I don't need a racer (going to drive it every day) Can I do anything at all with lets say around $1000?

A bigger carb, free flowing exhaust and some lower rear-end gears would help. Do you know what the rear end gear ratio is ?

I dont know the gear ratio yet but i will find out... I'm home sick so I linger to se my car and get something done...
